Janine Micheletti’s journey into real estate started with a personal experience: moving from Brooklyn, NY to Miami, FL in October 2021, where she bought her first home. She was amazed at how little she knew about the home-buying process—one of the biggest purchases of her life. Determined to learn everything she could, Janine dove headfirst into the world of real estate, studying the Miami market and gaining hands-on knowledge along the way. She even took a construction class and earned her OSHA 30 card, equipping herself with a deeper understanding of the building process.

A DIY enthusiast, Janine loves tackling home improvement projects and has a keen eye for design, which she honed through her BFA in Photography from SUNY Purchase. Her background in photography allows her to bring properties to life through the lens, showcasing their true potential with a unique perspective.

With her diverse skill set and firsthand experience, Janine is passionate about helping clients navigate the complexities of buying, selling, or renting with confidence. She believes in transparency and clarity at every step, ensuring her clients feel informed and empowered in their decisions.

Before venturing into real estate, Janine was a professional dancer in New York, performing for iconic artists like Madonna, Phish, NOIA, and 070 Shake. The high-pressure environment of live performance taught her how to stay focused under pressure—skills she now uses to negotiate the best deals for her real estate clients.
